Street from So. Bend Ave. to City Limits -and for Grade , Curb: and Walk on Jefferson Street...
from Walnut street to Cherry Street under Improvement Resolution Nos. 505 & 594 respectively.

Resolved farther, that the entire work under the. above contract, be accepted . arWl-
.approved and the final estim"e the, €'1.lowed. Notiee of this resolution hhall be published y
on the llth day of SeptemVer, 1909, in the South Bead Daily Times, stating that this Board
will give a hearing on they acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 21st
day of September, 1909, at 7:15 P. M.
L. H. Webster granted an extension of 30 days to replace the pavement on E. Jef'fersoj
Street under the Sewer Contract.
