Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indian: That the following described property be appropriated for the :use of s# cl city. This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 28th day of Sept. 1909 at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all person- interested in or affected. by these pro— ceedings.
