Gentlemen: -
The undersigned, the Manufacturers Plant and.Power Company respectfully petition
your Honorable body for the .passage of a, resolution authorizing the building; of aside track
on North Emerick Street from the Michigan -Central Railroad Company's stain track, said trr.ek
on switch to begin on a line clue east from the south line of Sorin Street and running thence
- in a southerly direction across the street, side -walk and curb fronting on thepproperty of.
the petitioner . The street and side -walk -when said side track has been completed to be placed'
in good condition without expense,to the City and with tlje f"uPther understanding and agreement,
that when said switch and side-track is completed the two sw?tehes now located south of this
switch upon North Wierick Street shall be removed.
