The Following.Resolutions, reeei.ved_ from the, Common Council.
Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; That the
Board of Public Works adopt the necessary Declaratory Resolution for cement sidewalks on
Napier Street west of Maple Street; Also on Walnut .Street North of Napier Street. Also
Washington Street from Cherry Street test

Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend., Indians.; That the
Board of Public -Works issue Voucher to the City Clerk to be used in defraying the expenses
of the Council Committee, while attending the National municipal Convention at Montreal'
