Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LAPORTE AVENUE PAVING IWROVEXENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 31st day of July and on the 7th day of August 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of August 1909, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of -fiw: per cent. per annum, payable as provided by law. - Adopted this 30th day of July, 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS: W. A. McINERNY. RESOLVED by the Board of_Pub1Ic works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size location and terminal points as follows: Construction of Tar or AsphaltMacadam pavement on Van Buren Street from Portage Avenue -to Howard Avenue also construction of Cement Walks -and Curbing and sewer inlets and connections to sewers where not already in. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE VAN BUREN STREET TARVIA MACADAM PAVFXENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according; to the plans and specifical ions prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall bep published on the 31st day of July and on the 7th day of August 1909:.in the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 17th day of August 1909 at 7:15 P. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE PRAIRIE AVENUE GRADE? CURB, & WALK IMPROVEMENT* and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prep; ared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be publish- ed on the 31st day of July and on the 7th day of August 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and designated as *THE EWING AVENUE GRADE, CURBS & WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans Land specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be pub— lished on the 31st day of July and on the 7th day of August, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times.
