The Board met in regular, se- lion at -10 A. -oi. All members present.
L. H. Webster given until September 1st, 1909 to replace the E. Jefferson
street Pavement, under the E. Jefferson street Seger Contract.
In the matter of the paving; of Webster street from Sample street to the
C. I. & S. R. R., un(ler Improvement Resolution No. 597. The Board having said
matter under advisement find that the remonstrance filed July 16thri 1909, should F,
be sustained and that the resolution should be and the same is hereby in all things
rescinded.
Engineer instructed to prepare plans and specifications for Grade, Curb & Talk
on Prairie avenue from end of present improvement to City Limits.
