Remonstrance filed. against paving of Webster. Street from Sample Street to C. I. &
S. R. R.

Petition by F. F.n.tzian et al for Grade, Curb & Walk on Erring AVe. from Michigan
street to Lafayette Street.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
Rand of T. C. Barnes filed and- approved and contract signed for the Burns Street
Grade, Curb. & Walk. Improvement.
Contract signed with Z. A. Ronan for painting of City Hall fq-la� pole.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Te,rvia Mr�csdsm Pevement on Notre Dame
Street & Notre Dame Avenue from Jefferson Street to City Limits North under Improvement
Resolution No. 596 confirmed.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared &nd no remonstrances were filed.
The Noard therefore fined in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to
the property arad to the City of South Fend are equal to the stimated cost of said improvem-
ents and the saes: are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed a►nd approved.
Resolved, that notices be published on the l6th day of July and on the 23rd day
of July, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for
the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A. Y1. on the 3rd day of August, 1909.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

Cemetry fence.
