IMPROVF31ENT RESOLUTION NO. 599.
.Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an
improvement be made of the kind, size, location and ternin€wl points as .follows:
Pipe Sewer on Nest., Wayne Street from Manhole at Franklin Street to manhole at Taylor
Street.
Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE NEST WAYNE STREET PIPE SEXIER
IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by th
City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 15th
day of July and on the 22nd day of July, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Tines. This board will
give t hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Haul on the 6th day of Augg,1909
at 10:00 A. X.
A Bend or Bonds to be issued to the Contracotr in payment for such work where the
property owner signs waver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall b*ar int—
erest at the rate of fad per cent. per annum, payable as provided by law.
