No. 597 & 595 were confirmed.
Engineer filed estimated cost as follows::

In the above Matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits
to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said im—
provements and the Name are hereby in all things ratified., confirmed and approved.
Resolved, that notices be published on the 35th day of July and on the 22nd., day
of July, 1909, in the South Bend. Deily Times, stating that this Board will receive bids
for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 3rd day of Aug, 1909.
