The Board met in regular °session �a.t 10:00 A.M. All members present.
Bids were opened and referred to Engineer for Tabulation as follows:

Hearing given on Assessment Rolls rind final estimate for Brick Pavement on alley
North of Division Street from Lafayette Street to Franklin Street. Also on alley North of
Semple Street from Main Street to lst alley West of Michigan Street. Under Improvement Resol-
utions Nos. 573-574 respectively.
No remonstr.^tors appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed in said rolls filed June lt3th.,1909, is benefitted in the
amount of assessments ag shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the arse ysment
rolls filed June 18th., 19097 and the Final estimate alloyed June 19th.2 1Q0;'>, should be and
the sm- a ^re hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved.
Petitions filed for lights at corner of Calvert €end Fellows Street acid corner of
Calvert and Kline Street.
Petition filed by Fred W. Keller'et al for extension of Street Car Tracks and con-
struct -ion of Brick Pavement on Miami Street from Bowman Street to Pox Street.
