Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 54 vacating streets, alleys & lots in Kalesr'ys
2nd. Sub -Division was deferred until June 30th. 1909 at 10,`00 A. M.
Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for.pipe sewer on E. Jeffer-
son Street from Eddy street to City Limits under Improvement Resolution No. 575.
No renonstrtors appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the property assessed .in -said -rolls filed June 4th*, 1909; -is benefitted in
the amount .of assessments as .shown -on said rolls, and the Board further find that the.
assessment .rolls Piled .June 4th.., 1.909,. •and the `final .estimate allowed •June 4th., 19099
should be and the san. a .are hereby .in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.'
