The .Board met in regular .session at 10:00 A* M. All members present.
Contract signed with J..C. Lauber Co., for repairing City Roll Roof.
Contractor Bend of Qh:as N. Otis filed and approved.
. Light ordered at Vassar & Leland Avenue.
Engineer filed assessment Roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on E. Jeffergen
St. from Eddy St. to City Limits, under Improvenent Resolution No. 5r.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for :six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 7th day of June, 1909,
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its officer
in the City Tull on the 16th day of June, 1909 , at 10:�� A. 1.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be
published on the 7th day of June, 190% in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this
Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on
the 16th day of Juno, 1909, at 10:00 A. M.
Park Supt. Beyer instructed to have wire back stops, put up on Leeper Park Tennis
Courts and to have rule enforced relative to the wearing of Tennis shoes..
Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 54 for the vacation of streets, alleys and. lots
in Kaley's 2nd., Sub -Division was deferred until June 16th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
