The Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
Remonstrance filed by W. K. D&nilowicz et al against the vacation of streets,
alloys and. lots in Kaleys 2nd. Sub —Div.,, under VaCaztion Re6olution No. 54.
Hearing on the above resolution. wags deferred until June 4th. , 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
Petition filed far cement walk on Broadway from Fellows street to-Hir-mi street.
Referred to Engineer foP specifications.

Resolved b7 the Board of Public WorKe of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it
ia.desirable to vacate the following: All of that pert of Vassar Avenue lying between the
northeasterly line of Leland. Avenue and. the St. Joseph River.

Resolved by the Beard of Public Works of. the City of South Bend, Indiana: That
the following described property be approp.ria,ted for the use of said City: 14 ft. off
southerly ends of lots 4, 31 2 and "A" in Jacob Leers lst Survey and 14 feet oft' southerly
end of lot "A" in Klines Addition.
The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such
appropriation.

west line of WilbEr Street 50 feet north of the :youth wept corner of Rupel Streets thence
North 10 fee, thence west 100 feet, thence south 10 Peet, thence Least 100 feet to the place
of beginning.
