Same approved. Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 52 for the opening of Franklin street. Rem- onstrance sustained and the preliminary resolution is hereby rescinded. Contractor Bond of John Baer filed and approved. Board of Public Works: - Herewith proposition as submitted by Ind.. & Mich. Elect. Co. A. J. H. South Bend, Ind., May 212 ' 09. A. J. 'Hapimond, City Engineer, South Bend, Indiana. Dear Sir: - Confirming my verbal proposition, I beg to advise that we will install and furnish forty incandescent lamps along the drive in Leeper Park; the saute to burn approximately four thousand hours per yec,r, for Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per lamp per year; we to maintain and ke up the service without any other expense to you. It is understood that this love price is made in consideration of the ease with which these lamps may be located, and in consideration of the forty lamps are placed approximately one hundred feet apart.
