The Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. It. All riembers present.
Engineer reported "Grade" In alley East of Enerick street. Same approved.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 52 for the opening of Franklin street. Rem-
onstrance sustained and the preliminary resolution is hereby rescinded.
Contractor Bond of John Baer filed and approved.

Dear Sir: -
Confirming my verbal proposition, I beg to advise that we will install and furnish
forty incandescent lamps along the drive in Leeper Park; the saute to burn approximately four
thousand hours per yec,r, for Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per lamp per year; we to maintain and ke
up the service without any other expense to you. It is understood that this love price is made
in consideration of the ease with which these lamps may be located, and in consideration of
the forty lamps are placed approximately one hundred feet apart.

Forty (40) incandescent -lights ordered for Leeper Park under the street lighting
contbact and subJect to the special concessions made in the above communication filed this
21st day of May, 1909. Lights to be installed under the direction of the City Engineer and
the Park Superintendent.
All un-necessary arc lights ordered removed.
