Chicago, Imlisna & Southern R. R. Co-. were notified to plank all of their
crossings in the "Ci ty.
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for- the renting of the. Refresh-
ment Booth at Howard Park. Bice to be received up to .10:00 - . M. on the 28th. day of May2
1909.
Hearing. -on Vacation Resolution No. 54, vacating streets, alleys and lots in
Kaley's 2nd. Sub-Divisimn was def rred until Friday May 29th, 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
