The Board met in regular session:at 10;00 A. M. All members present.
'Bids were opened for the repairing - of the, City Hall Roof. Awared to J. C.
Lauber & Co. Contract price 0135.00.
Contractor Bond of Bruno De Paepe filed and.approved.
Temporary Light ordered installed in alley at rear of lst Christian Church.
To be placed under the direction of the Stareet Commissioner.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 52 for the opening of Franklin street
from *ayne street to Jefferson street was deferred until Friday May 21st. , 1909 at 10:00 A.M.
Remonstrance Filed by Thos. F. Berkley et. &I.
Petition filed for Pipe Sewer on Bartlett street- from Michigan, :street to Lafayette
street.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
L. H. Webster granted an extension of 30 days time to complete the East Jefferson
street sewer.
South Bend and G^ry Land Company were given permission to grade streets, alleys
and lots in their addition under the direction of the City Engineer.
South Bend and Gary Larid Company Plat, filed and approved.
