Thew Board met in regulab- session -at 10:00 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Asphalt pavement on La Porte Avenue and
for brick pavement on Bridge street under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 349---441 respect-
ively was deferred until June 2ndz , 1909 at 10:00 A M,
Petition tiled by W. W. Janery et al for grading alley in -rear of Lots 11 to 20
inclusive, in Dinans 2nd., Add.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
Petition filed by George Cutter for grading alley East of Park Avenue from
Anderson Court south.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
Bids for repairing of City Hall roof were rejected ---Clerk was instructed to
advertise for new bids, same to be received up to 10:00 A. M. on the 18tn., day of May
1909.
