The Board.met in regu]ar session,at 10:00 A. IVI. All members present.
Bids received and referred to Engineer for tabulation for the repairing of the
City Hall roof.
Contractor Bonds of Prank G. Stanley and B. F. VonderKarr and son filed and
.approved.
- Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 51 was deferred until May 12th.1, 1909.
at 10:00 A. M.
Petitions filed for pipe sewer and grading on Howard street from Eddy street to
Notre Dame street.
Referred to Engineer for specifications.
