Friday April 23rd. 1909.
The Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
•Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 43 appropriating the following
described property; Q
Begin at the intersection of the South line of Sample street and the East line
of Olive street, thence South 65 feet, thence North Easterly to a point in the South line
of Sample street 150 feet East of the East line of Olive street, thence West 150 feet to
the place of beginning.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore deelairs the above described property in all things condemned and app-
ropriated for public use.
Engineer instructed to prepare roll showing awards of damages and assessments of
benefits in the above matter.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for cement sidewalks on Franklin street from
Mayne street to South street; Taylor street from Marion street to Railroad street; Bronson
street from Michigan street to Carroll street;Colunbia street from Wayne`street to Bronson
street; Carroll street from Vistula Ave to BronSon street; Chapin street from Jefferson
street to Dunn street; Wayne street from Chapin street to Carroll street; Wood street
from Madison to Marion street; William street from Washington street to South street;Vis-
tula Avenue from Washington street to South street; South street from the alley east of
Columbia street to Taylor street; St. Joseph street from Washington street to Division
street; Scott street from Washington street to L. S. and M. S. R. R.; LaFayette street
from Navarre street to Bronson street; Marion street from Lot E 1/2 of lot 51 Henrick arid.
Grant's Addition to Leland Ave. running south; Monroe street from -Fellows street to
Chapin street; Madison street from lot 44 Henrick and Grant's Add. to Marion street. Under
Improvement Resolutions Nos. 522, 5232 525, 5262 527, 5252 5301 531, 532, 5342 5352 5362
537, 539, 5422 544, 546, was deferred uhtil May 7th.2 1909 at 10 Oe A. M.
Street Commissioner instructed to make a eheck of all walks that have not been
put in and report same to Board.
