The Board met in regular .session .at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
Contractor's Bond of Matthias Feser filed and approved.
The Board having under consideration the vacancy in the office of Street
Commissioner caused by the death of the late Commissioner, J. P. Butler. It is hereby
ordered that Patrick J. Clifford be and he is hereby appointed to the office of Street
Commissioner, duties to begin at once.
