The Board met`in'regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present..
Petition filed by John A. Duey et al. for Grade, Curb and Walk on Eddy St. from
Campau St. to South Bend Avenue. Referred to Engineer for Specifications.
Hearing called on Condemnation Resolution -No. 51 adopted on the 10 th. day of
March 1909. It appearing to the Board that an error occurred in advertising notice of
this hearing it is hereby ordered that a further hearing be given on said Resolution on
the 30th day of April, 1909, at 10:00 A. M. .=.ata the office of the Board in the City Hall
and that notice of the Resolution and the hearing thereon shall be published on the loth
day of April and on the 17th., day of April 1909 in the South Bend limes.

Hearing on Vacation Resolution #54 vacating streets, alley and lots in Kaley's
2nd Sub —Division was deferred until May 12th.2 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
