The Board met in regular session.at 10:00 A. M.. Mr. McInerny absent.
Plat of Lechner and Hibberds Sub -Division of lots 9-10-11-12-13 and part of
Foster St. (Vacated) in Stanfield and Fosters Add. to So. Bend, Ind. was filed and approved
Petition filed by Jacob P. Lechner et al for Brick Pavement on Niles Ave. from
Howard St. tor`oen'%Ave.
Contractor Bond of Paul Alfutowski filed and approved.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 43 was deferred until Tuesday April 13th.

Hearing on Improvement Resolution No. W for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron and
Olive Streets was deferred until April 13th., 1909 at 10:00 A. M.
