The concurred -in price will be the average of three separate private appraisals, which are submitted to HUD for their ap- proval. Mr. Jim Miller, South Bend Tribune Reporter, asked how many parcels are involved for the negotiator to contact? Mr. Bellinger apprised about 230 parcels are involved in the Central ©owntown.Project. There wil be some variance in the,parcels, as some may be removed from acqui- sit on. Mr. Jack Bowe, WSBT -TV Reporter, inquired if the negotiator will be em- plo ed on a per month salary basis or contractual basis. Mr. Bellinger app ised the negotiator's fee will be based on the established guide - lin of negotiator fees set by HUD and is based on the value of each pro erty. Mr. Bellinger apprised approximately 10 Million Dollars is the approxi- mate amount of real estate to be acquired in this project. Mr. Weaver wil be on a contractual agreement with the Commission, will be respon- sib a to the Commission, and whoever Mr. Weaver hires will be under Mr. Weaver and paid by him. b. They are ve.r3 accommodating and in agreement. 4.
