Remonstrance tiled against the opening of Franklin Street from Wayne to Jefferson
St. under Condemnation Resolution No. 49.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolutions Nos. 49 & 50 for the opening of Franklin St.
from Wayne St. to Jefferson St. and for the opening of William St. from Colfax Ave. to
Michigan Ave.,was deterred until Friday April 2nd., 1909 at 10:00 A. 11.
