The board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
CONDFUANATION RESOLUTION NO 51, 1909•
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
the following described property be appropriated.,for the use of,said city:
Begin at the northwesterlycornerof
lot 1 Andrew Fuerbringer's Addition
thence north westerly along the
easterly line of Vistula Avenue, S feet,
'thence north 520 30' east to the St.
Joseph River, thence up stream to a point
north 520 30' east of beginning thence
south 520 30' west at right angles to
Vistula Avenue to the place of beginning.
Begin at a point on the north easterly
line of Vistula Avenue S feet north
37030' west of the north westerly corner
of lot 1 Andrew Fuerbringer's Addition .
thence north 37" 30' west with the north
easterly line of Vistula Avenue 9 feet,
thence.north 520 30' east at right angles to
Vistula Avenue, to the St. Joseph River.
thence up said river to a point north
520 30' east of the place of beginning,
thence south 52° 30.' west to the place
of beginning.

The purpose -of such appropriation is to open a 16' Court at the north-westerly
end of Andrew Fuerbringer's Adel. from Vistula avenue to the St. Joseph River.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 17 day of Mar. and on the
24 day of Mar. 1909 in the South Bend Daily Times.
This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of April 1909 at 10 A. M.
will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in .or taffected by these
proceedings.
