The Board met in reg-ularsession at 10 A. M. All members present.
Plat of Maurer's Sub. filed and approved.
Plat of Ilhitcomb & Keller's 4th add. Filed and r eferred to Engineer.
VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 54.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it
is desirable to vacate the following:
All that part of Kaley's Second Sub -Division to the.City of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, Indiana,which lies west of Anthony street, South of Bertrand street and North
of the South lineof the first alley south of Linden avenue, comprising lots 163 to 192
inclusive; the firat alley west of Anthony street from Bertrand street to the L. S. be
M. S. Ry. The extension of Kenwood avenue west from Anthony street, also the extension west
of the alley north of Kenwood avenue, also the estencion west of the alley south of
Kenwood avenue, also the extension west of the alley south of Linden avenue.
The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation:
Lots la to 18inclusive in Kaley's second Sub -Diva Owned by Winkler Bros. Mfg. Co.
Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 27th day of February and on the
6th day.of March, 190% Aft the South Bend Daily Times.
This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of March, 1909, at
10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or a-ffected
by these proceedings.
Adopted this 26th day of February, 1909.
