The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent.
Petition filed by Jos. E. Talbot et. al. for asphalt pavement on Notre Dame avenue
from Sorin street to South Bend avenue. They also ask for a parkway in the center of
street. Referred to Engineer for specifications.
Petition received from the -Council and signed by the Winkler Bros. Mfg. Co.,
asking for the vacation of certain streets and alleys and that certain lots be
-reduced to acerage in Kaleys 2nd Sub -Div. Referred to Engineer.
