The Board met in Special Session.Tuesday evening at 7:15 P.M- All members present
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimated for Trunk Sewer on_o.
Prairieavenue from Kembleavenue to Lincoln street, -Pipe Sewer on Hine street From
Walnut street to Studebaker street,GradiiW on Terrace avenue from Portage avenue
to St. Joseph River, Grading Leland avenue from Hudson avenue to Terrace avenue,
Pipe Sewer on Howard avenue�to Michigan avenue, a_!.11 under Improvement Resolutions
Nos. 549, 57$, 575, 576 & 569 respectively _
Remonstrance filed against the`Prairie avenue Trunk Sewer, by theMichigan
Central Railway Co. Same over -ruled:
No further remonstrances were filed and no further remonstrators appeared.
All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board thereofre find that the property
assessed in said rolls filed December 30th, 1905, is benefitted in the amount of
,_assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment
rolls filed December 36th, 1905, should be and the same are hereby in all things
ratified, confirmed and approved as ammended.
