The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent.
Petition filed by Martin Swygart et;, al. asking that the proposed Prairie
avenue Brick Pavement be extended to the present City Limits.
Bond of Henry DeVos & Co. filed and approved and Contract signed for the
Niles avenue Pipe Sewer*
The City Controller having recommended the payment of $949-.95 to the Barber
Asphalt Paving Company being the balance due on amounts heretofore retained as
a guaranty on paving contracts and which under their contracts are now go.,be
released, it is ordered that said sum be paid.
