The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent.
Engineer reported grade on Florence street from Eddy street to Frances
street. Same approved.
Light ordered on Taylor street at alley North of Colfax avenue.
Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Trunk Sewer on
Prairie avenue from Kemble avenue to Lincoln street, Pipe Sewer on Howard avenue
from Michigan avenue to Van Buren street, Pipe Sewer on Hine street from Walnut
street to Studebaker street, Grading on Terrace avenue from Portage avenue to
St. Joseph River, Grading on Leland avenue from Hudson avenue to Terrace avenue,
under Improvement Resolutions Nos.-549, 56f), 5792 575, 576 respectively.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for
six consecutive d °s in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 32-4-"-day of
December, 1905, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
..,,assessments at its o fice in the City Hall on the 19th day of January, 1909, at
7:15 P. M.
ResOlved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
shall be published on the 31!;A; day of December, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acdeptance of such work at
its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of January, 1909, at 7:1` P. M.
