Tuesday December 22, 1908.
The Board met inregular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent.
,Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 549 for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron and
Olive streets and Condemnation Resolution No. 43 was deferred until April 6th,
19092 at 10 A. M.
Lights ordered as follows:
Madison and St. louia streets. c-.,,_1- _-
Hydraulic avenue, at Old Singer plant..

SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 22ND, 1909v AT 7:15.
The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papczynski absent.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Sixth
street from Washington street to Kenwood avenue and for Pope Sewer on Haney avenue
from May street to E. line of lot 53 Leers Add. under Improvement Resolutions Nos.
569 & 577 resp.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the p ropertY assessed in said rolls filed December 4th, 1905, is benefitted
in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that
the assessment rolls filed December 4th, 1908, and the final estimate allowed December
4th2 1909, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 580 for Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue
from Howard street to Corby street.
In the above matter no remonstratoR s appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the bene-
fits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost
of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved.
Engineer filed estimated cost as follows:
Niles avenue Pipe Sewer ................ $ 550.00-0

Tuesday December 22nd, 1908.
Be it resolved that n6tiees be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the
23rd day of. December and on the 30th day of December, 1909, to the effect that this
Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M.,on the 12th day of
January 1909. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all biOls.
The Board adjourned until Wednesday December 30th, 19092 at 10 A. M.
