Mr. Papezynski absent. ,Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 549 for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron and Olive streets and Condemnation Resolution No. 43 was deferred until April 6th, 19092 at 10 A. M. Lights ordered as follows: Madison and St. ' lou,o:_- streets. -- Hydraulic avenue, at Old Singer plant.. Receipt fir d by C. P. DuComb for Bond of Louis A. Hickey for the No. 10 Hose douse and signed by the United States Surety Company of Baltimore, Ma., 0 President. SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 22ND, 1905, AT 7:15. The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Sixth street from Washingtcn street to Kenwood avenue and for PJpe Sewer on Haney avenue from May street to E. line of lot 53 Leers Add. under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 569 & 577 resp. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the p ropertY assessed in said rolls filed December 4th, 190$2 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed December 4th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed December 4th2 1905, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 580 for Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue from Howard street to Corby street. In the above matter no remonstratoRs appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the bene- fits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
