South Bend, Department of Redevelopment;, met -in,a Special Meeting,, at 120
West aSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, in the City of South Bend, at 4:00 P.M.,
E.D.T., on the ',29th day of August, 1969. The place, hour and date duly
estab ished for the holding of such meeting.
The P esident called the meeting to order and the following Commissioners

This Special Meeting was. convened pursuant to a duly dated -anal signed-Notice
of Special Meeting which .was delivered-and telephoned to-each Commissioner
in due time,r form and manner, as req ired by law. Said Notice read as follows:
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE COMMISSIONERS
OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,.
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY -OF SOUTH.BEND,
DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT.
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the South Bend
Redevelopment Commission, Go_verning.Body of the City of:South
Bend, Department of Redevelopment,-will be held at Suite 1001:,.
LaSalle West Building, 120 West LaSalle Avenue,A n'the.City of
South Bend, in the regular meeting place thereof, at 4:00 P.M.,
on the 29th day of August, 1969, for the- purpose of review and
approval of a revised disposition price for _Parcel N%.,
located in the Central Downtown Project, Indiana R -66. Subject
Parcel is the site for the proposed Posi'Office building

No. 10 -1, at $1.96 per square foot, was found unacceptable by the
