SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 15TH, 1905, At 7:15 The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Pap.czynski absent. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for thefollowing Improvements: AsphAlt Pavement on West Washington street from Michigan street to Walnut street, Grading 1st alley N. of G. T. W. Ry. from St. Joseph to Carroll streetq Cement sidewalk on Portage avenue from Sherman avenue_to Allen street, Sidewalk on Division street from Sc;-)tt street to Taylor street, sidewalk on Jefferson street from Taylor street to Vistula, avenue, sidewalk on Washington street from LaFayette street to alley east, Sidewalk on Main street from Washington street to Jefferson street, VGrade, Curb h- Walk on Bowman street from Michigan street to Main street, Grade, Curb h Walk on Rogers street from Johnson street to Olive street, Grade, Curb h Walk on May street from Vistula avenue to Broadway, Grade, Curb & Walk on Carroll street from Ctavert street to 1st alley South,. Brick Pavement on Flood street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, Brick Pavement on Alley West of LaFaye -:te street from Colfax avenue to lst all e-y South, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 550, 571, 5652 52-4, 5402 533, 5452 5702 566, 5642 5612 5542 567 respectively. Engineer instructed to amend the Wood street assessment roll by giving Edward and Anna Roessler a rebate for Seven feet of pavement. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board thereofre find that the property asse-sed in said rolls riled November 17th and 24th, 1909, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board fur- ther find that the assessment rollsfiled November 17th, and 24th, and the final estimates allowed November 17th and 24, 1909, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved as amended.
