The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent.
Park Supt. Beyer directed to put Ice skating rinks in proper condition as
soon as possible.

SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER t3TH, 1905, AT 7:15.
The Board met in special session at 7:15 P..M. Mr. McInerny absent.
. Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Asphalt Pavement
on.West Washington street from Michigan street to Walnut street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 550 was deferred until December 15th, 1905, at 7:15 P.M.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Cement sidewalk on
LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to Main street, Cement sidewalk on Michigan
avenue from Alley west of LaSalle avenue to Taylor street, under Improvement
Resolutions Nos. 538 & 541 respectively.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The.Board therefore
find that the propertY assessed in said rolls filed November 17th, 19051 is
benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further
find that the assessment roll filed November 17th, 1908, should be and the same is
hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
