The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent.

Jefferson.street, Brick Pavement on Wood street from Michigan avenue€» Marion street;
Grade, Curb & Talk on Carroll street from Calvert street to lst alley south of Calvert

Resolutions Nos. 524, 5332 540,545, 5542 561, 5642 565, 566, 5672, 570 &.571 resp.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 25th day of
November, 1909,. stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 15th day of December, 1909,
at 7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be LLccepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolutionshall
be published on the 25th day of November, 1905, in the'South Bend Daily Times,
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
office in the.City Hall on the 15th day of December, 1909, at 7:15 P. M.
