The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Whereas, the General Contractor Bonds of Henry DeVos,& Company given, on the
13th day of April 1903 and on the 13th day of April 1904, have been s,-Iperceded by
a later bond under date of May 19th, 1908, and
Whereas, said first named bonds signed by the American Surety Company are no
longer effective,
Now therefore, it is ordered that said two bonds be formally and fully released
and cancelled.,
Bonds were filed and approved and contracts signed as follow:.
Alley North of Sample street Brick Pavement. C. H. Defrees
Alley North of Division street Do. Do.
Hine street Pipe Sewer H. DeVos & Co.
Haney avenue. Do. Do.
