The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Mcinerny absent.
Engineer filed assessment rods and. final estimates for cement sidewalk on
LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to Main street, Cement sidewalk on Michigan
avenue from 2nd alley west of LaSalle avenue to Taylor street, Asphalt pavement on
West Washington street from Michigan street to !,Valnut street, all under improvement
Resolutions Nos. 535, 541 & 550 respectively.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published -for six
consecutive days inthe South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the l8th day of
November, 1909, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its o fice in the City Hall on the 8th day of December, 1905,
at 7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire workunder the above contracts be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall
be published on the l8th day of "ovember, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
office in the City Hall on the $th day of December, 1909, at 7:15 P. M.
