The Boardmet in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Petition filed by E. F. Good et. al. for the opening of a 14 foot alley on
the North side of the L. S. & M. S. R. R. from lebr street to Kline street.
Petition filed for electric lights at corner of Vistula avenue & Ottowa street'
and at the corner of Orange & Freemont street.
Bids were received as'follows:
Jefferson street Pipe Sewer.
Haney avenue Do.
Hine 'street Do.
Terrace avenue Grading
Leland avenue Do.
Alley north of .:-ample street Brick Pavement
Alley north of Division street Do.
Referred to the Engineer for tabulation.

SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING NOVEMBER LOTH, l909, AT 7:15.
The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. X11 members present.
Hearing given on Assessment rolls and final estimates for cement sidewalk on
Colfax avenue in front of lot 4 Cobbs add and lot S Dunbars Sub. Brick Pavement
on Alley west of Lafayette street from Wayne street to Monroe s�reet, Pipe Sewer
On Diamond avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue. Under Improvement Resolut-
ions Nos. 529, 553 & 55L9 respectively. Also Water Connections on Washington street
from Michigan street to Walnut street.
Noremonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
rind that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 27th, 1909.1 is benefitted
in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that
the asse-.sment rolls filed October 27th, 1909, and the final estimates allowed
October 27th, 1909, should be and the same are hereby in all things rAtified,
confirmed and approved.
