Tuesday October 27th, 1909,
The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mt. Mclnernby absent.
Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for cement sidewalks on
Colfax avenue in front of lot 4 Cobb's addition and lot S Dunbars Sub. Brick
pavement on alley west of Lafayette street from Wayne street to Monroe street,
Pipe sewer on Diamond avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue, all under
Improvement Resolutions Nos. 529, 553 & 558 respectively. Roll filed for
Water Conaections on Waslington street from Michigan street to Walnut street.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six
eonescutive day is in the South° Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 29th day of
October, 1909, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of November, 1908, at
7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted
and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall
be published on the 29th day of October, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times,
stating that this Board, will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its
office in the City Hall on the loth day of November, 1905, at 7:15 P. M..,
Petition filed for Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue from Howard avenue to Corby street.
