Wednesday October 21st, 1908.
The Board met 'in regular*session.at 10 A. 191. Mr. McInerny absent.
Bonds of Feser & Robarge filed and approved and contracts signed for the Michigan
avenue and the Division street Cement sidewalks.
In the matter of the awarding of the Contract for a pipe Seweron West Mayne
street from Taylor street to Franklin street.' The Board being advised in said matter
Find that the bids are excessive to"the amount of benefit derived from said sewer,
therefore it is hereby ordered that all bids be rejected.
