TuesdaOctober bth TWOS.The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Bonds of Harry N. Barnes filed and approved and contracts signed for S. Rain
street; Portage avenue and Jefferson street cement sidewalks.'
Petition filed for an electric light on B. Dayton street between the Bowman creek
^md Miami street.
Bids were opened and referred to the engineer for tabulation for May street
snd Bowman street Grade, Curb & Walk, W. Mayne street Pipe Seger and for the Grading
of the Alley north of the G. T.R. R.
Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 43 was deferred until October 30th, 19051,
at 10 A*,X.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron & Olive street
Under Improvement Resolution No .was deferred until October 30th, 19092 at 10 A. M.
The Controller having called attention to a mistake in computing the rolls of
asse=sments and awards on the Park Avenue opening under Condemnation Resolution No.z-�
by which said Controller has paid out to those receiving awards the sum of $50.00 in
excess of the assessments it is therefore ordered that said shortage be borne by the
City and that said sum be paid from the Street Emprovement appropriation of this board.
