The Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. All members present.
Petition Piled for an Electric Light at the Corner of Michigan Avenue and
Olive Street,
Petition Piled for an Electric Light at Colfax Avenue & 2nd alley east of
La -Porte Avenue.
Mr.Daniel Green and others appeared before the Board with refrence to the
annoyances of the Grand Trunk Ry Co on Division street,
The City Engineer having reported that T.C.Barnes,Thomas M.Bauer,John Baer
and J.-A.Barnes, cement contractors have failed to`nake repairs on Sidewalks and
Curbs in accordance with their Contracts and Bonds, it is ordered that bids be
received.by the Engineering Department for such work and that the same be done by
Public Contract and that suit be instituted by the City Attorney on Contract Bonds
for the cost of such work.
