The Board met in regular.session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent.
Engineer repoRted.Grade on Alley south of Wayne street. Same approved.
Petition filed by Del C. Leer etl al. I for pipe sewer on Haney avenue from
May street to east line of lot 53 Leerts 2nd addition.
Engineer filed plans and profiles for the opening -of William street from
Colfax avenue to Michigan street. Same were approved.and adopted.

Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Grading on Division
street from Frances street to Notre Dame street, Brick Pavement on the alley
westof Franklin street from Jefferson street to Division street, under Improvement
Resolution No. 562 & 555 respectively.
Be it resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published
for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 24th
day of .September, 1908, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of
such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of October, 1908
at 7:15 P. M
Be it resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be
accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this
resolution shall be published on the 24th day of September, 1908, in the South
Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of
such work at its office in the City Hall on the 13th day of October, 1908, at
7:15 P. M.
