Wednesday September 9th, 1909.
The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent.
Plat of Ardmore Heights filed and approved.
Communication sent to the C. S., B. & Nor. Indiana Railway Company and the
Chicago, Lake Shore & South Bend Railway Company, notifying them to close holes
in Michigan avenue & LaSalle avenue, which were made by the construction of temporary
cross overs on said avenues. Mork to be done immediately.
50 C. P. Lamp ordered for Kuntsman dourt.
