The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Contract signed with W. H. Burke &- Co for the W. WashingtonstreetWater Con.`'
Engineer directed to prepare specifications for Grade, CUrb Walk on Bowman..
street from fain street to Michigan street.
SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING AUGUST 25Th, 1909, AT 7:15.
The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P.M. Mr. Papepynski absent.
Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Walk on
Johnson street from Longley avenue to Michigan avenue, Grade. Curb k Wall on Carroll
street from Pennsylvania avenue to Calvert street, Grade, Curb & Walk on Baker
street from Adams street to Alley west of Birdsell street, Pipe Sewer on Olive street
from Kenwood avenue to-"Longley avenue, Pipe Sewer on Waynestreet from St. Peter
street to Notre Dame street, Pipe Sewer on Fisher street from Webster street to
Union street. All under Improvement Resolution No. 471, 4912 560, 5472 556 & 559
respectively.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore
find that the assessed property in said rolls filed August llth, 19059 is benefitted
in the amount of assessments �ns shown on;said rolls, and the Board further find that
the assessment 1r0Als7-fi1ed :August. llth,1909, and the final estimate allowed
August llth, 1908, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed and approved..
