The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Light ordered at Corner of Cherry & Jefferson streets.
Bond of G. C. Sagemen_:released on the Ford street Brick Pavement.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Water Connections on
Wood street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, under Improvement Resolution No563
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published.for six
consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commcing on the 21st day of -
August, 1909, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such
assessment at its office in the City Hall on the lst day of September, 1909, at
7:15 P. M.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the. above contracts be accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be
publis,ked on the 21st day of Au ust, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating
that t is Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its -office
in the City Hall on the lst day of September, 1905, at 7:16 P. M.
