The Board,met.in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
Contract signed with the South Bend Chandelier Company for equipping No. 10
Hose House with Lighting fistures. Contract price $64.75
Bids wereopened for the West Washington street Water Connections.
Engineer instructed to secure data as to depth of river and rapidity of current
proor to the establishing of Municipal Bathing Beaches.
Communication received from Geo. Cutter relative to an encroachment on the
1st alley east of Parr Avenue by Mr. A. DuShane. Referred t4 CityAttorney.*
