The Board met in regular session at 10-A.-,M.- Mr.-Pspczynski absent:.
Contractor Bond of Geo. A. Simpson -filed and approved.
Engineer filed assessment roll and final:,estimate for Brick Pavement on the
alley south of Jefferson street from Lafayette street to William street,. under
Improvement -Resolution No.. 552._
Resolved, that notices as to the. -amounts of assessments be published -for
six consecutive --days in the South Bend -Daily Times, commencing -on the ' 24th day of
July, 1908, stating that this .Board will give a hearing -on tie amount of such
assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 4th day of -August, 1909, at 7:15 PT.
Resolved"' further; that the entire work under the above--set-sete- be $e-eepted
and approved and the final est-mate-thereon allowed. Notice -of this resolution shall
be published on the 24th day of July, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating
that this Board grill give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in
the City Hall on the 4th day of August 1908, at 7:15 P. M.
Hearing on Declaratory Resolution for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron Olive streets
under Improvement Resolution No. 548, was deferred until Tuesday July 28th, 1908,
