Wednesday July 22nd _ IQ09.
The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present.
The following bonds were filed and approved and contracts were igned for.
Diamond avenue Pipe Sewer Chas Coussens.
Wayne street Pipe Sewer Hoban & Roach.
Wood street Brick Pavement C. H. Defrees
Prairie avenue Trunk Sewer Hoban & Roach
Miller court Pipe Sewer Chas Coussens
Fisher street. Pipe Sewer - Chas.Coussens
Contractor Bond, ,of Wm. Krill filed and approved.
Contract entered into with the Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway
Company whereby said Company gives permission and authority to the Chicago, Lake Shore
k South Bend Railway Company to run and operate cars over and along the tracks of the sad
Chicago, South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company on LaSalle avenue from the
intersection of said LaSalle avenue -with Main street and the intersection of said LaSalle
avenue with Michigan avenue.
The said Contract was referred to the Common Council.for its consideration
thereon.
